In the South Section the numbers run from left to right.
Rumor has it, the first two rows of marble gravestones just behind the fence
were moved to make the burying ground look prettier. There is no way to confirm or dispel this rumor.
The South Section is the second oldest section in the burying ground. There are several graves with no markers in this section.
